Dwayne serves as the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. The church is also part of the Acts 29 Network, where the director is Pastoral Care. Dwayne is also a believer to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He sits on the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has published numerous pieces online and is a co-author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Transform Lives Through God's unchangeable truth. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three kids.
